It grows defiantly in the gaps of the mountain boulders, which endow it with the highly prized 'yan yun' or mineral 'rock taste.' Tea characteristics
Infusion: from dark gold to saturation - amber.

Tea: Dry form - dark brown with burgundy and green tones. The bigger the leaves, the tighter the quality of the tea. When brewing, the paper is almost completely unfolded.

Water--300ml, Tea--7~8g, Water temperature--95~100°C, brewing time--30s+15s.
